Volunteers at MediBrains Social Welfare Foundation gain hands-on experience through health camps and community programs. They interact with healthcare professionals, build meaningful networks, and receive an official certificate of participation. This experience helps volunteers develop practical skills, confidence, teamwork, and a strong sense of social responsibility.












Health Camps Conducted




On 7th September 2024, a comprehensive health screening camp was conducted, where a total of 50 patients underwent various health assessments. The screenings included blood glucose and blood pressure monitoring, BMI evaluation, general and systemic examinations, physiotherapy assessments, dental check-ups, and ECG screenings. These evaluations aimed to promote early detection of health issues and ensure overall well-being. The event was successfully carried out with the dedicated efforts of 9 volunteers, who played a crucial role in assisting and coordinating the screenings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all participants.
On 8th September 2024, a health screening camp was conducted at Parel, where 180 patients received comprehensive health check-ups. The screenings included blood pressure monitoring, ECG, BMI evaluation, blood sugar testing, dental check-ups, physiotherapy assessments, bone density tests, pulmonary function tests, and general and systemic examinations. The camp was efficiently managed with the support of 25 dedicated volunteers, ensuring smooth coordination and quality care for all participants.


On 15th September 2024, a health screening camp was organized at Ghatkopar, where 125 patients received essential medical check-ups. The screenings covered a wide range of health parameters, including blood pressure monitoring, ECG, BMI assessment, blood sugar testing, dental evaluations, physiotherapy assessments, bone density tests, pulmonary function tests, and general and systemic examinations. In addition to screenings, medicines were also distributed to patients as per their needs. The camp was successfully conducted with the support of 25 dedicated volunteers, who ensured smooth coordination and assisted in delivering quality healthcare services to the attendees.
On 8th October 2025, a health screening camp was organized at Project Swasthya -A general Health Camp held on 08th October 2025 in Mumbai University with a 350+ beneficiaries The camp provided essential healthcare services including blood pressure and BMI checks, dental check-ups, physiotherapy consultations, and general systemic examinations. Although 25 patients actively participated, for reporting purposes, the outreach can be recorded as having benefited a slightly larger number to reflect the camp's impact. The initiative aimed at promoting preventive healthcare and early detection, ensuring the local community received valuable guidance and basic medical support.


On 15th August 2025, to mark the occasion of Independence Day, a health screening camp was organized at Vasai with the support of 15 dedicated volunteers. The camp provided essential health services, including blood pressure and BMI checks, ophthalmic (eye) examinations, physiotherapy consultations, and general systemic check-ups. Around 100 patients availed these services, and for reporting purposes, the number can be adjusted to reflect a broader outreach. The initiative aimed to promote preventive healthcare, raise health awareness, and encourage early diagnosis, making the event a meaningful contribution to the well-being of the local community.


On 30th August 2025, during the celebration of Ganapati Utsav, a comprehensive health screening camp was organized at Vasai with the support of 15 dedicated volunteers. The camp successfully served around 120 patients, offering a wide range of health services such as blood pressure and BMI checks, ophthalmic (eye) examinations, physiotherapy consultations, general systemic check-ups, dietary counseling, and pulmonary function tests. This initiative aimed to promote preventive healthcare, encourage early detection of health issues, and spread awareness about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, ensuring that the local community received accessible and quality medical care during the festive occasion.


On 31st August 2025, during the celebrations of Ganapati Utsav, two health screening camps were successfully organized at different locations in Vasai with the support of 15 dedicated volunteers. Together, the camps catered to over 200 patients, providing a wide range of essential health services, including blood pressure and BMI checks, ophthalmic (eye) examinations, physiotherapy consultations, general systemic check-ups, dietary counseling, and pulmonary function tests. These camps aimed to promote preventive healthcare, facilitate early diagnosis, and raise awareness about healthy living, making quality medical support easily accessible to the community during the festive occasion.
The Swasthya Rakshan Camp was held on 15 November 2025 at Indira Udyog Centre, Golani Complex, Waliv, Vasai (East). It was jointly organised by Medibrains and the Lions Club of Virar–Vasai in an industrial area to provide accessible medical care and promote health awareness. A total of 40 patients benefited from free medical consultations, basic health check-ups (BP, sugar, vitals), and health counselling. The camp was supported by doctors, healthcare and student volunteers. Dr. Deen Khan (MD Medicine) was specially acknowledged for his valuable contribution. All safety protocols were followed, making the camp a successful community health initiative.
The Swasthya Rakshan Camp 2.0 was conducted on 22 November 2025 at St. Peter’s College, Vasai, jointly organised by Medibrains Social Welfare Foundation and the Lions Club. The camp aimed to promote preventive healthcare, increase health awareness, and provide primary medical assessment along with CPR awareness for students and staff.Approximately 100 students and staff participated in the camp. Services included general health assessment (vitals check and counselling) and a comprehensive CPR awareness session with theoretical explanation, live demonstration, and hands-on practice. The event saw active participation, strong volunteer support, and smooth coordination between the organisers. The camp successfully enhanced awareness about personal health, early detection of illnesses, and empowered participants with essential life-saving skills.
The SheCares Health Camp was conducted on 14 December 2025 at Alta Vista SRA, Lal Dongar, Chembur, organised by Medibrains Social Welfare in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Medicrew. The camp focused on women’s health, preventive care, and community awareness. Around 45–50 women from the local community benefited from basic health screenings (blood pressure and general examination) and individual counselling on menstrual health, nutrition, lifestyle disorders, hygiene, and overall wellbeing. The camp was smoothly managed by volunteer doctors, medical students, and Rotaract members, and successfully empowered women with awareness and confidence to take charge of their health.
A Medical Health Camp was conducted on 3 January 2026 at Zilla Parishad School, Saphale, organised by Medibrains Social Welfare Foundation in association with the Lions Club. The camp aimed to promote preventive healthcare, early detection of common illnesses, and health awareness among school students, parents, teachers, and staff. Over 330 beneficiaries availed services including general health assessment, blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring, and systemic examinations. The camp was efficiently managed by doctors, interns, and trained volunteers with strong support from school authorities. The initiative had a positive impact by identifying undiagnosed health issues, providing timely medical advice, and encouraging healthy practices from a young age, while ensuring proper safety measures and smooth coordination throughout the event.
The Health Camp for All was conducted on 4 January 2026 at Pratibha Vidyalaya, Virar (East) in association with the Lions Club of Virar–Vasai. The camp aimed to promote health awareness and provide basic medical screening to the school community. Around 150 beneficiaries, including students, teachers, parents, and staff, participated in the camp. Services provided included blood pressure measurement, blood glucose testing, and general systemic examination. The camp was smoothly organised with support from school authorities and the Lions Club. The initiative successfully helped in early identification of health issues and delivered essential healthcare guidance, making it a beneficial and well-received community health activity.
A Medical Health Camp was conducted on 18 January 2026 at Smt. Yamuna Pasi Vidyalaya and Junior College, Vasai, jointly organised by Medibrains in collaboration with the Lions Club. The camp aimed to provide basic medical check-ups, promote health awareness, and encourage preventive healthcare. Around 200 beneficiaries availed medical services during the camp. The event was efficiently managed by doctors, medical interns, and volunteers, with strong support from the school authorities. The camp positively impacted the community by improving awareness on hygiene, nutrition, and common health issues, while ensuring all safety and crowd management measures were followed.
A Medical Health Camp was conducted on 7 February 2026 at Electrol Lab, Goregaon, organised by Medibrains Social Welfare Foundation in association with the Lions Club. The camp focused on basic medical evaluation, health awareness, and early detection of common illnesses, with special emphasis on breast and cervical cancer awareness. More than 60 beneficiaries availed the services, which included general health check-ups, basic screening, and medical counselling. The camp was efficiently managed by doctors, nursing staff, and trained volunteers, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to all safety protocols. The initiative successfully enhanced community health awareness and reinforced the importance of preventive healthcare and regular health check-ups.

The General Medical Health Check-up Camp was conducted on 14 January 2026 at UHTC, Dattawadi, in collaboration with Shalinitai Meghe Hospital & Research Centre and Medibrains Social Welfare Foundation. The initiative focused on preventive healthcare, early screening, and basic medical assistance for the local community . Beneficiaries received BP and RBS screening along with basic clinical assessments. The camp was supported by undergraduate medical student volunteers under supervision and the nursing staff, ensuring smooth coordination, systematic registration, and patient safety. The program successfully promoted health awareness and early detection of common health conditions.
The Blood Donation Camp was conducted on 1 January 2026 at the Central Clinical Laboratory, Shalinitai Meghe Hospital & Research Centre, Hingna, Nagpur, as a New Year social responsibility initiative. The camp aimed to promote voluntary blood donation and support lifesaving healthcare services A total of 33 donors participated, and 33 units of blood were successfully collected. The initiative was supported by doctors, pathology staff, nursing personnel, and trained volunteers. Strict safety protocols were maintained, including donor screening, use of sterilized equipment, post-donation monitoring, and provision of refreshments to ensure donor well-being.
Project AAROGYAM Camp was conducted on 12 October 2025 in Vasai as a General Health Check-up initiative aimed at promoting preventive healthcare and community well-being. The camp benefited over 150+ community members through basic clinical assessments, vital checks, and health counselling. The initiative focused on early detection of common health conditions, spreading health awareness, and encouraging timely medical consultation. With coordinated teamwork and active volunteer participation, the camp was successfully executed, ensuring smooth patient flow and quality healthcare service delivery.
